09 SCrew Sub box options???

Hi all,

Looking for suggestions. I am in the process of improving the factory system in my 09 fx4 screw. I am pretty squared away with all items except for a sub box for under my rear seat. I am finding very limitted options with locating a single 10 box for this new body style. Don't want to blow $200 on a box, but seems many builders have not yet addressed the need for those of us with new body style super crews.

That being said, has anyone found a source for boxes (need 5.75" mounting depth for sub)?

I have decent carpentry skills and can build my own if I knew something about the sound dynamics. If no pre-fab units are out there, are there any resources for dimensions, etc for building your own sub box?

Thanks, in advance, for replies.

Thanks, but I did. Not deep enough for the kicker I want to put into it. The ones from supercrewsound are only 5 1/4 mounting depth if I remember correctly.

What kicker sub you want to work with? You may have to look into seat lifts..Its really the only way.

Well it was a CVR10. Just ordered new Kicker shallow mount 10's and the box. The CVR 10 will be hitting ebay.
