Box build idea
So after being frustrated with several under the seat setups in my 05 screw, I have an idea.
I want to build a box for two 10's that would sort of be like an extention of the center console that then goes up on top of the seat. I.E. one would be directly behind the cup holders in the center console, and another close to the back of the seat, with both upfiring. I would cut the front of the box so that it lines
up with the center console cupholders nicely.
I could also add a couple of cupholders and maybe a
little tray on the box inbetween the subs, which would have protective yet good looking grills on them.
After a lot of thinking, Ive decided that I would raise the top edges 1/2" and then cover all the edges and corners with beige carpet to match my interior and then for the top and the sides use a laminate thr matches the woodgrain used in my lariat.
What you guys think? I'll get some measurements up later and maybe a sketch or two.
