Need Help Deciding on a buget system

Well im thinking about getting a system. A couple 10's with a foxacoustic box. My question is what are some good 10's that hit pretty hard and sound good that are fairly good priced I've been looking at 2 new kicker CVT 10s each sup has a 800 watt peak 400 RMS and they are a shallow mounting sub?. Also what type of amp should I get that will be enough to push them. Also is it possible to use my stock 6disk mp3 radio, i really like it and dont really want to get rid of it.

for about $214 more you can get a seat lift and two kicker cvr 12's under it which will hit harder than the tens. they are also 400rms. i have a kicker 750.1 amp with mine and it seems to work really well. oh and i have the stock radio for now.

I 2 am always on a tight budget, but I have put together a little system. So far I have 2 kicker shallow tens in a $69 box powered up by an alpine mrp m-1000 amp. Gets plenty loud for me. I got the 10's for one hell of a deal and traded around for the amp. I may be putting in a 12" alpine type R I still have laying around in a center jumpseat box, instead of the 10's. Just 2 be different, if I can find the room to make the box ported.

I will be putting in an alpine type R 6.5" component set next week powered by an old Kenwood KAC-ps150 amp (75wrms X 2) that is now powering my Exile Audio component set. Both amps are mounted behind the rear bench on a custom amp board.
So far no budget for sound deadening yet but it will come I know what a diff. this will make.

Kicker comp C10's sound really good for a budget sub. I like them. They wont rattle your doors off and make the glue from your rear view mirror come off the windshield but they will definitely shake it around a little bit. It doesnt take much of anything to power them either. I found a free 150 watt amp, and plugged it up to a C12 and its nice. Maybe its just a preference, but I dont like there to be a TON of bass. You know the kind of bass that shakes cars next to you? Cant stand that. The C10's are plenty loud for me.

shallow subs... not a bad idea if you really dont have the room, but in these trucks its amazing what people can fit. dont waste your money on these tho, they are overpriced for their performance. just go with a seat lift and a good pair of 12's.

Give Travis at kcautosound.com a shout. I was talking to him earlier last week while he was installing a system in a Harley F250 using the factory six disk radio. He was telling me he does quite a few systems using the factory radios for the dealerships. He carries Rockford, Polk, DB Drive, Diamond Audio, MTX, Boston Acoustics, Kenwood and the list goes on and on.

subthump.com box and 2 jlw1v2 subs. I run a kicker 700.5 5 channel 420 watts split to the subs they only need 150 each. So in this application you don't have to turn the gain all the way up. Which helps tha amp not get to hot and overworked. Believe me this thing for 2 10"s hits real hard
