Question What speaker combo with amps?

I have two amps available and am wondering what kind of speaker setup would sound best at a reasonable price. I've got a Sony 2x25W and a Clarion 2x100W. I'm now running a Pioneer DEH-P41 HU with only one set of RCA outputs; I'm powering the factory speakers with the HU and driving a pair of 10" Ultimate pickup boxes with the Sony 2x25W (haven't used the Clarion yet). My plan was to drive the factory's with the Sony (either 2 or all 4) and drive the pickup boxes with the Clarion. My main problem is the lack of a second RCA output. I hate the thought of feeding any amp with speaker-level output. Is there such a thing as splitting my one RCA to two amps, since I don't really care about front/rear sound? Also, with the amps I have, what would be a good component setup. I plan to eventually lose the boxes (they take up space in the rear floor of the cab), and may or may not put an enclosure under the back seat. If I don't, is there a complete component set that would mount in the factory locations? I don't need hammering bass, but I like to be able to feel it. Is there such a thing as 5x7/6x8 subs (that would take 100W RMS) that would mount in the rear and a mid/tweeter combo that would mount in the doors? I know I threw out a lot of questions, but I'd appreciate opinions on any or all of them. Thanks.

You could either get rca splitter cables to run to each amp, or if on of the amps has RCA outs on them also, just plug directly into that amp, then into the second amp
