Post Door Vibration

I installed a pair of Pioneer 3-ways (nothing fancy, but much better than stock) with a Kenwood CD Player pushing them. Sound is good, but when I crank it up, I get some door panel vibration. What can I do to elimate this?

Also, I am considering getting a small amp. Where should it be mounted, under the front drivers seat or under the rear seat (I would still like to fold down my rear seat).

For the doors, I would getting some sound deadening pads like dynamat. Most are a peel and stick application. For the amp, there is plenty of room under the seat and wiring is easy. just make sure to run power wires on the opposite side of the truck as the RCA lines or you can get some real nasty alternator whine.

Coonass: Also check out the Owens-Corning product "Weatherblock" at the Home Depot/Lowe's in your area. Very cheap. Exactly like dynamat. Get the Non-Grit version. Or you can check out this:

The Weatherblock is half the cost (at least in my area). Have a TurboDog for me. ;-)

Another possibilty, as was with my druck was that the actualy panels were vibrating, not the speaker/mounting. For some reason, the dr. rear door had a lousy seal and was making noise, even when I only had the sub running (kind telling me it wasn't the speaker) I just took it back to the dealership, waited like 8hrs (I hate that!) and it came back all set. Dunno though for you, might be needing dynamat
