? for those using an underseat box in SC

Just wondering how much room you have from the floor to the sub. I have a "half-size" box built by Sound Off (awesome to deal with) to run a RF P3SD412 woofer. It fits fine, but seems awful close to the floor. I might add I did install the trim ring.

Thoughts? TIA!

Some woofers have a vent at the bottom. My 8 inch JL call for about an inch of clearence behind the sub (may be 3/4). If there is not vent then there is no problem.

Wow - I have no where near that amount of space - probably half of that.

I noticed you have a 06 model - maybe that's the reason.....I dunno. Thanks!

I'm using the Q-logic box and I'm sure I have a good 2" off the floor due to the shape of the box and floor.

I guess the design I have is different as the floor in the 09's is flat. I know the ProBox is the same way.
