Cool

A Clairion double din receiver will fit with some minor modifications.
Also www.radiosandmore.com. has a direct replacement dual media system.
Alternately you can put in a regular cassette with a CD changer in back.
Or just buy a FM modulated CD changer and hook it up to the stock system.
If your Factory deck has CD changer controls you can buy a factory CD changer from www.radiosandmore.com.
They are expensive but cheaper than Ford.
Many people have been selling thier used ones in the F150online classifieds.
Last time I checked the classifieds were still down.
