Removing door panels for speaker installation

I've got a 2006 F150 XL, and I'm gonna be installing some new speakers this coming week.

It's got manual windows, and I need to know how to remove the door panels to install the speakers in the front doors.

Any special tool to remove the window crank to get this done?

Thanks in advance!

This thread, with pictures might get you started:

Sometimes you have to search for some other topic to find out what you are looking for.

Thanks man.

I did a search last night using 'door' as my search topic, and searched thread titles only, and came up empty on anything with manual windows.

That thread tells me exactly what I need to know.

I've already got a set of auto trim removal tools in my toolbox at work, so this should be pretty easy.
