6.5" in the door?

Alright, somebody had pics of a 04+ F150 door with a round (not oval) speaker in the stock location, a mid just behind, & a tweeter up by the defrost vents as a tri-axial setup. I'm interested in a co-axial setup.
1) What size of a round speaker can be used?
2) What modifications would be necessary?
3) Where can I find just a driver that size?
I recently switched from Sony 5"x7" to Memphis Audio. The Sony's were rated @ 75w while the MA's are 50w. The guys @ the sound shop swear the MA's will out perform, due to Sony stretching their numbers. I haven't done the rear yet, so I've compared them while tuning in the amp. The MA's sound better. Any input or guidance is apprecciated. Thanks guys.
