modify a box?

modify a box?
I have a trunk box for 1 10 and i was thinking that i could cut out the hole to fit 1 12 since the air space of the box is close to the 12 that im getting.

you can always fill with polyfill, or just get a new one if it doesnt sound right...

well the box was only $30 so if it sounds like doo doo its not that much of a loss. I figure it should since the airspace is almost right on, but thats my theory
