Just bought components + amp, have some wiring questions

I'm still reading through here and @ DIYMA, so I may end up answering these myself, but if you guys could throw some advice my way, I'd appreciate it.

This build probably won't start for another week or two, but I'm trying to get everything (roughly) planned out before I start building it.

Alright here's what I've bought:

Image Dynamics CTX65CS Components
Arc FD 2200 2 channel amp
SupercrewSound subwoofer box (2x12's downfiring under the rear seats)

I've already got these:
(2) Pioneer TS-SW124D shallow mount subs
Alpine MRD-M605 Amp

Where I'm lost is with the wiring and mounting the amp. Here's what I had planned:

I was going to pick up this kicker 0 guage dual amp wiring kit.
Then I'm going to pick up some 12 gauge speaker wire for the components and 10 gauge for the subwoofers. I'm mounting the crossovers on the rear wall with the amps, so roughly how much speaker wire should buy?
I'm also planning on doing the Big 3 (or 4), how much extra 1/0 wire should I pick up from KnuKonceptz? Is there anything else I should pickup from Knu in addition to the kicker wiring kit?
I'm running the power wire down the passenger side, under the truck in a caraflex conduit similar to what ARCuhTEK did.
I'm running all the speaker wire down the passenger side and the RCAs down the driver side.
The wiring kit comes with two distro blocks, I'm assuming one for power, one for ground. Where would the best place to ground all of this at?
For my speakers, is there an adapter plate that I'm going to need to fit these? Also, when everybody says to mount the tweeter in the stock location, that's the area in the door right next to the component?
I'm planning on mounting everything on the rear wall, but I want it to look clean as possible, showing as little wiring as possible. The problem is, my woodworking skills are ****. I was thinking of mounting everything on an MDF board and then drilling holes to mount the wiring on the back. I'm going to take a look at the back wall later today, but does this sound even feasible or is there some other way I can mount everything to have a clean finish?

I'm sure there are more questions I've got, I just can't think of them right now.

Too bad you bought those CTX comps, I would have sold you my used ones for 100 bucks.

See my gallery on how I mounted them.

The easiest way to run this truck is power through the clutch grommet at the top of the firewall. Drv Spk wire can lay next to spk wire. Pass spk wire and RCA's down pass side. Ground to chassis directly.

Im anxious to see what you do with the back wall. I havent taken it all out yet, but Ive been thinkin about it for a while. Does yours have those lil twist off storage doors? I can see that molded carpet back there, which hopefully will come out real easy once that plastic panel comes out.

I was thinking about mounting both amps vertically with the power connections at the bottom and the speaker connections at the top. Then in between them is where my crossovers will be. I might get a lil crazy and mount some plexi back there so that you can see them when the back seats folded down...I dunno though. I just need to rip that sucker out and see what all is back there.

Yeah, I have the hinge doors. I've taken it all off before, I had to when I installed my body lift, so it's pretty easy to do. I just can't remember the sort of space I had for amps and whatnot. I'd like to be able to keep the storage compartments back there because I do use them, but chances are I'm probably going to lose them to mount everything on the back wall.

I dunno, with the angle that the plastic panel has, you might be able to squeeze them up right above it if you take that molded carpet crap out.
