Installing sub tomorrow, need some help

Hey guys, tomorrow I'm installing my 12" shallow mount sub in my '05 F150 Roush. Ive installed systems before, but only in cars with aftermarket headunits....my question is where should I run the output wires to? I was planning on splicing them into the rear speakers, but I'm not sure if thats the best way to do it. Any input regarding installing with the stock headunit would be appreciated, Thanks.

I went to mtx.com and found the installation instructions for their thunderfoam series. In it are the wire colors for our truck that you can find on either side under the plastics panels on the floor.

After finding out, just splice into those wires there and run it to a line-out convertor, $20 at Wal-Mart. Simple and easy, thats how I did it and have done other vehicles.
