get a cheepo set of rcas, and string them from hu to amp all alone, see if that stops the noise, start the process of elimination

 

Now it doesnt do this with the spks, just the subs correct? Run a temp ground directly to the batt.

Check your factory grounds, sounds like it may be weakening.

It also doesnt sound like a RCA issue. And scosche is crap stuff.
