Will this fit?

I saw this on ebay and was thinking about getting one but I wanted to make sure it would fit under the seat. Does anyone have any idea if it would.

I have a 2008 f150 supercab.

Kicker shallow mount sub and box

What are your thoughts on the kicker shallow mount subs?

thanks guys, Jon

Call me sillly but I have bought used subs in the past and so far have never had an issue. The JL's come in a custom box that would run you $250-$300 where I live.
