How would I need to hook this sub up to my in-dash reciever?

If you have an aftermarket headunit, then it looks like you just run RCA's between the two. You will also need to run a power, ground, and remote wire.

If you still have the stock head unit, then you will need to tap into the speaker wires in the truck and get a line out converter that you can hook RCA's into.

With 600watts RMS I might do 6 gauge instead of 4. That ebay listing is wrong on the RMS, everywhere else lists it at 600, not 800.
