You would be best off visiting a local installer. They would be most informed.
Personally, I run one Punch 12" with an Alpine amp, and it works for me. I mainly listen to rock. I dont know alot about subs, but i do know, you get what you pay for. The setup you are looking at may work fine, but it most likely wont meet your expectations though.
In my opinion, you should hold off a little longer, save a little more, and get a quality setup that will last and perform well.
Good Luck!

It's crap. Period. Stay away from budget brands. (Legacy, Lanzar, Crunch, Boss, Pyramid, Pyle, etc...)

For a a few more bucks cruise eBay and get a good 10" ($50-$60 range), a single 10" box for under your rear seat (+/- $60), and a 200-300 RMS mono or 2-channel amp from a lower tier brand (not the lowest though, ($60-$100 range) and I promise you will be MUCH happier than with that "thing" lol

If you want a powered sub, look into the infinity basslink.
