Has anyone taken their single back seat out in their supercrew F150? Im considering taking out the single back seat so i will still have the middle and the one on the drivers side. Im debating on putting either a 15 or 12 in a ported box in place of the seat. Cant find any pictures so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

I've contemplated that myself, but to do it correctly, you'd have to redo the back rest of it. If you just take the seat out, it doesn't give you much gain, at least what the local audio shops told me.

 

you will probably have to go with a 12, i dont think there is enough room for a 15 in that space.

 

Why not just keep it folded up and put a box there? I did that on my F-250 and had plenty of room for any 12" I wanted to put back there. Still had the option of quickly taking it out and using the seat to.

Oh and no I sure don't have any pics of it. It was just one P1 12", but it sounded pretty good and I had plenty of room for something bigger, and it was only a supercab.
