its just the only pair of speaker i've bought is my sub n the door speakers. what do these things do for the sound??

Just replacement door spks, what you see is the grille covering the tweets. Its also not a 6.5" because many Japanese vehicles have a 6.0" opening not the full 6.5 like most other vehicles.
