Help with Sub hook up wire color codes

I'm going to try to help a friend out this week with an installation. He has a Pioneer DVD/NAV head unit now installed in his 2004 F-150 XLT S/C, and just bought a Audiophile subwoofer from a 2005 Lariat. The question here is we need help in hooking up the Audiophile Sub to the now Pioneer head unit. He has no existing wire harness for the factory sub, the OEM head unit that that came out was a single CD non MP3 unit. I have 2 plugs that i didn't need from a Audiophile system that i bought, 1 that goes into the rear of a Audiophile 6/CD MP3 = AUX head unit, and the the other plug that was cut and left in the Sub when i received it. Here are pictures of the 2 plugs. If anyone knows the color codes to the subwoofer hook-ups, and/or also know how to hook the Audiophile Sub to a after market head unit up. Please let me know. Thanks in advance to the smarter people than I. Cheers Al

I just got done installing a better sub in my audiophile box and I hooked up Kenwood KAC-PS150 amp in the process. I don't know what all the wires are for, but I can help with some.

On the small plug that goes into the back of the HU, the green wire w/ purple stripe is your amp turn on lead.
The black wire is not used.
the brown w/orange and red w/black wires a sub out + and -

On the large amp plug the green w/purple stripe is the same amp turn on lead, the orange w/grey and red w/black are line in + and -

The larger purple w/green striped wire and the black w/orange are the power wires, just don't know which one is + and which is -

If your buddy is going to use the factory amp that is attached to the audiophile box, he needs to drop the amp turn on voltage down to +5v dc. The stock amp will pop if you put 12v into it for the turn on lead.

I'm not quite sure. I know they are the line outs, line ins.

I think the red w/black is the - on both plugs.

BR-OG is SW+
RD-BK is SW-
DG-WT is SW Amp Enable
BK is shielded cable drain.(this stops interfierance from power source I think)

If you look at the plug in the amp there are very tiny numbers on the plug.

With the 2 wings pointing up there should be 6 pins across the bottom and 4 across the top with a break in-between them. The six across the bottom from left to right are 1-6 and across the top left to right are 7,8,9 and 10.

7 is BR-OG SW+
8 is RD-BK SW-
1 is DG-WT SW Amp Enable
9 is Drain
5,6 are power
3,2 are grounds.

Hope that helps.
