tuning amp for sub. Memphis PR200.2 to Kicker CompVR

i have had my sub and amp hooked up for about a year, and it sounds alright, but i want to make sure i have the amp settings right for the sub. i have a memphis audio PR200.2 which is bridged to one 10" kicker comp VR. i need to know what to set these at:

GAIN(has min to max)
LPF(has 40Hz to 400Hz)
X-Over(has LPF-FULL-HPF)
BOOST(has on - off)
HPF(has 40Hz to 400Hz)

thanks

I'm no expert by any means but I think I can help. First off I would first set the "X-Over" or crossover to "LPF." What that does is only allows for low frequencies to pass through.
Next I would adjust the "LPF" to 120hz. Later on you may want to lower that depending on how much mid range you want your subs to pick up. Gain is a little tricky to set but by rule of thumb I would say 3/4 of the way will be good. Hope that helps!

120 is a bit high for most 10s-12s...also their Kickers, not the best SQ so I'd keep it to 100 or 80. Sub sonic filter is a must for ported applications.
Get a DMM, or do it by ear for the gain.
