I had mine grounded in the middle of the floor behind the backseat. Worked fine, .42ohm ground.

 

Thanx for all of your feedback guys I really appreciate it!! I am sure I will get back on and shoot a few more questions at you guys if I cannot find the answers after the stuff get here. Sub is here and the receiver, wires, and box tomorrow. So hopefully I will be able to get it done next weekend.
