Help me choose a set of components

Okay for quite some time I have been thinking I want Image Dynamics CTX65CS or CXS65 (chameleon series) component speakers. I have been doing a little more research and have come across a few other sets that look promising.

I am directly going for SQ in this system and the set will be powered by a JL 300/4 bridged putting 150w x 2 rms to the speakers. I am condsidering the following sets:

Image Dynamics CTX65CS or CXS65
Diamond Audio S600s Hex 6.5s
JL XR650 csi
Focal A1 165
Comparable Rainbow component set (don't know much about them, looking for incite)

Well those are the main sets I am looking at, if you could please help pick a set so I can get these on there way soon.

I'm no expert but I've heard great things about the Focal's. Those were my second choice when I was building my system.

Wow I am really kinda liking those rainbow 3 ways. But I am considering getting an IDX24 3 way active cross over so I could just by a 4 or 5.25 mid and use the 6.5 as dedicated mid bass. Thoughts yays or nays? Thanks again for the input.

Well then consider it added to the list I am really looking for a good set for the price range. I know I am not going to get an amazing sq out of them but for the money what would be a quality buy that can handle 150 rms?

Rainbow CMX 225 Kick, but I do have a basically brand new set of Diamond 6.5'' HEX's. I basically just broke them in, but never got around to actually installing them to fully test them out. I'll take $100 for them. I can send pics if you'd like.

I will when I get home tonight man. They're the HEX's with aluminum tweeters. S600A is the model I believe and yes I take Paypal.

well odds are good that I have my components picked out. Would I want to go with a 4 or 5.25" driver to make this into a 3 way set. I am biding on a 3 way active crossover right now and it is going for a very very good price. So odds are I will end up with it, and would like to make this set into a three way setup.

Sorry, but the good camera isn't here so I had to use the crappy one. If you notice the factory warning sign sticker is still on the woofers...that's how little I used them and how well taken care of they are. I have everything besides the screws the set comes with, but they were junk anyways. I have the manual I just have to locate it lol.

Here you go:
