Yeah, I thought it wasn't as deep as it was, then I saw a side picture of it and realized that it wouldn't work the way I wanted to mount it.

Something like this would work though...

I think impact9 has a custom center channel above the HU in his truck where the accessories tray is.

It depends on your application and goals. I was originally going for 5.1. So kiss my A**.

I just made a small box tossed in a 6 1/2 3 way and mounted a speaker terminal in the cab under the tray so I just plug the center in if I needed . the box is made to fit on the tray on a angel so center is up front with the dialog of the movie you want voices right on screen

I've got a IVa-W200 and the PXA-H701...but I just didn't think the 5.1 was worth it for me. I never watch movies...

Every installer I've ever talked has never suggested one. They don't make a whole lot of them either cause I was interested at one point in time but decided to get a nice set of components and let the tweeters do what they're supposed too.

I used to watch a lot of movies because I was driving almost 2hrs+ a day. And I also had a Bass Mekaniks disc (faster, harder, louder) and it was it 5.1. The only reason I never completed that was I didnt have the amplifier for it.

Let's say you have a Navi (like the Z2) in your truck. Where would you install this. I'm just wondering what are you guys ideas for this. Also how would you power or it or should I say what do you have in mind to power it?
