Talking UPS and FEDEX arrived today!!!

GOODIES!!!

It is always a good day when you get a visit from both UPS and FedEx!!! The system in my F250 is starting to take shape. I still need speakers, a box, and some Second Skin, but I am more than half way there financially....

I hope to demo some Morels tomorrow, but I am still trying to find Rainbows and others to hear. Any advice or opinions here would be appreciated.

And for the internet debut of my daughter Aurora (who approves of my loot as you can see), and pics of the 'junk'......

Whats in the Boxes:

JL HD600/4
(2) JL 500/1v2
(2) JL 13TW5-3
Knukonceptz KonFUSED 3 Way Distribution System
Knukonceptz KonFUSED High Current In-Line Fuse Holder
Knukonceptz Krystal Kable 2 Channel 1M Twisted Pair RCA Cable
Knukonceptz Krystal Kable 2 Channel 4M Twisted Pair RCA Cable
Knukonceptz Krystal Kable 4 Channel 4M Twisted Pair RCA Cable
Knukonceptz Karma SS 12 Gauge Speaker Wire
Knukonceptz KonFused Negative Battery Terminal
Knukonceptz KonFused Postive Battery Terminal
Knukonceptz Kolossus Fleks Kable 1/0 Black Power/Ground Wire
Knukonceptz Kolossus Fleks Kable 4 Gauge Black Power/Ground Wire
and various little odds and ends.....

Open to all comments and "you shoulda"s

Morels and Rainbows are both great options for speakers. If you get a chance, check out Hertz, or Hybrid Audio Technologies. Both are top dollar brands that whith blow your socks off.

Nice!! Now get it all installed and let us know how those 13TW5's sound!

He probably got a decent deal on all of it. If I remember right, he bought the stuff from Al & Ed's when they were having the Thanksgiving sale and everything was 25% off. I got my stealthbox from them when they were having that sale. Wish I would have bought a 500/1v2 as well.....

25 percent off JL prices still is crazy money. I mean those TW5s are still gonna be like 375 plus - although in single cab trucks you really cant put a price on size. I know first hand Theres a lot of those "Ooooh that would sound soo good...**** 6 1/2 inches...nevermind.

Two quick questions. Why would you buy one HD amp two Slash amps? Why not one or the other?

Not worth the extra money on subs. You might notice a difference on speakers...but not subwoofers.

Who said anything about a single cab?

Went out to try and demo some Morels and Focals yesterday.....Nobody had any on the board. So I didn't get to hear any.

What is retail on Morels anyway? I was offered the Elate 6 2W for $900 and the 3W for $1100. Those prices seen good, but I haven' really been able to compare to anywhere authorized...

Also, with Focal unvieling the replacement for the K2P at CES, shall I wait and try and find some leftovers or used ones that people are trying to dump?

Can I get away with buying say some SEAS/Morel raw drivers and go active with my HD? Send 150 to each the woofer and the tweet? Run deck power to some coax in the rear?

This install will probably be a long time coming as to fully finish it I will be putting in a lot of Damplifier Pro and Luxury Liner just so I can hear the music...

Anyway, help me decide what route to look at on my front stage!

I was basing that on the 2000 lightning in your signature and profile...

So are those going underseat or behind the rear sear or something different?
