Component location in a 97-03 door panel

So when I installed my front speakers, i just kinda fenagled my tweeter in the door so that I can get some sound. Anyway, where have you guys put the tweeter on the driver side? the door panels are molded different, so the sill panel on the passanger side isnt there on the drivers. My tweeters are also fairly large for a tweeter, to the A pillar is out of the question. Any ideas?

ahah, the old "you're an installer...figure it out" line. haha my boss pulls that one on us all the time.

But really, I was just looking for some ideas. I wanna avoid cutting into the leatherish trim around the door handles if at all possible.
