System help

I am planning on getting a system for Christmas, i wont to put 6 1/2 components in the front doors and a ten under the back seat. I plan on getting the supercrew sound box. What speakers, sub, and amp combination due you recommend. I want to keep this fairly cheap, $600 range. Thanks for the help.

I have a set of Illusion Audio drivers and a set to tweeters that I got from Patrick over at Robot Underground. They are a great price and sound very good. He sells on ebay under the username juicyrobot. Item # for the drivers is 310064612511. I am running an old school PPI amp to drive them and a 500/1 driving 2 10" subs. Patrick will help you put together a nice set up.Check him out.

I think I ended up at around 80.00-90.00 with drivers tweeters and crossovers.
He repaired to PPI I bought off ebay for $1.65 . i also bought all o2 free cables, connectors etc... from him.

Check it out.

Look, 600 isnt a lot of money and I dont recommend shopping online. Yes, do your research online but go to a shop and buy it. You are guaranteed a factory warranty and if there is a problem you can go back to them. Most of the fly by night companies are recieving lawsuits from the respected companies.

But what are you going for? Loud? SQ? Music types? etc. Gotta help us to help you.

x2 on all of this. Go to a shop and get them to price match w/ warranty. You will always get customer service right away and they will fix your stuff if anything goes wrong.

Also, 600 bucks is a little slim for components, subwoofer, box, amps to drive them, and wiring. Start with one part of your system, either front stage or substage...complete it. Then when you have enough saved up, complete the other part.

Also, i highly recomend investing in a new HU. Stock HU integration sucks.

Punctuation is your friend.

As others said, 600 isn't a lot of scratch to build a setup with. Start with what part you wanna do the most (in your case, the components or the subs) build it right the first time, and then move on.
