I actually use the space from flipping up the seats on the 'new' (05) truck constantly (very nice to have to dog just on the floor, not on the seats, etc).

Not looking for anything earth-shaking, just some decent low end. Has anyone ever done anything like put free-air 8s in the rear doors, or done anything under the front seats?

 

Try one of these Saleen subs. They are completely plug and play, install in under an hour. I have one and it makes a great difference with the stock radio.

I will be getting a custom wood and fiberglass center console with 2 downfiring 10's... its a little pricy though, looking at 1g+ for the custom box.. just an option though.. depending on where you go and how detailed you want the box the price could be dropped

 

Console isn't an option; bench seat and I'm not going to start down that route.
