Heres another idea. dB 5x7 or 6.5 in the rear off the deck. And bridge the MOMO's off the amp. That would work too, just watch the output levels into the spks at that power point.
would the kicker zx650.4 do the trick? Also would recommend any other speakers beside polks?

Well im probably gonna end up getting that amp for my doors. Im also gonna get the kicker zx750.1 for my subs or the zx1000.1, which ever you think would be better unless you have any other ideas for an amp. Im gonna get 2 12" jl audio w3v3 4ohm in the music moose audio underseat box, i have a 03 screw.

Also i want to ask another question since you do installs. Have you used polyfill in sub boxes, if you have does it actually work?.... If it does work how would i install in my box since its downfiring, would i just throw it in there?

Look the most you give a w3 (in the appropriate sized box) is about 325 per sub. The 750 would actually probably be the highest powered amp I would use. I probably would go with the zx500.1 because the actual rated power on the birthsheets for the 750 are normally about 850, the highest Ive seen was 1020... The 500 is about 595-622.

Do you know if that polyfil stuff works, i guess its supposed to be good in small enclosures?

Also what subs would be good for my install the w3s or the kicker cvx, i want it to get loud but sound good at the same time?

Id love to see you get a CVX to fit... SQ - w3. SPL - CVX. You choose.

But polyfill works to slow down the sub waves. You will get a small increase in frequency depth. In other words, yes it will work (depending on what you are expecting it to do).

Alright thanks for all the help Low, appreciate it... How would install the polyfill, just throw it in there or is there a way of doing it?

Pack it loosely about 50-65% full. Then drop in the sub and go.

Aint nothing.

MOMOs have a much better midbass but will need more power. Where are you getting the 350.4 from and @ what price?

The MOMO's arent overpriced. 5x7 would be a waste, much less linear, more distortion and breakup, less midbass.
6.5" FTW!!

dB's arent a comparison SQL wise. SQ MOMO, SPL MOMO.

The MOMOs need approx 100WRMS at the starting point.
DB the maxRMS is about 65.

The MOMO's off the 350.4 would be a bit of a waste. They are very power hungry and the more you can give them the better they will sound. Im not trying to be a MOMO nut. Hell, I sell the dB's everyday. They are my go-to for a decent price. But are they comparable to the MOMO's? HELL NO!

Ive done more dB and 350.4 setups than anyone here can probably guess. Can it sound good? Yes. In an F150 it the doors really need to be deadened/sealed like crazy to get any mid out of them. Thats why Im reppin the MOMOs on this one...

If you have any other questions, just ask.
Just found this site and I have a question that I hope that you can answer.
I have a new 2015 F150 SCREW with non-Sony stereo + Voice activated NAV. I was not happy with the overall sound quality, so I played with the treble and midrange levels and then added a Kicker Hideaway 8" sub and the sound quality greatly improved. My question is this: If I replace the factory door speakers with high sensitivity Polk DB 691's & DB 651S's without adding any amp being solely dependent on the head unit's power output, will I clearly hear a real difference in sound quality or not over the factory speakers? Since the Polk's are rated @ 93 db & 92 db respectively, I figured they would work fine even @ 25W or so output, but since you are the professional and I am not, I would truly appreciate your input. I got what I believe is a good deal on the new speakers if I want them, $85 for the DB 691's & $65 for the 651S's! Thanks in advance for your help. Jeff
