Saved my Life

I stayed through Hurricane Gustav. During the storm, the power went out and my weather radio went out. If you arent familiar with Hurricanes, the Northeast quadrant is ALWAYS the most dangerous (where I was) because of tornadoes, heavy winds and rain.

Part list:
  • Pioneer DEH-P880PRS (from my newest project car, Continental)
  • 2 Packs of coke
  • Kicker 16ga speaker wire
  • Kicker Battery Terminals
  • Eclipse Point Source 5x7 SP5710 (For my project Explorer)
  • Battery out the Continental
  • Volkswagen Antenna adapter MET 40VW10
  • Ipod adapter (Added a couple hours later)

Pics:

I do not give anyone permission to wire like this unless under diress

Actually, wasnt horrible. Kinda, surprised. The 4 cokes in the bottom of each (weights) must have broken the wave up.

Damn. Low sure knows how to get Extrem. Thats a cool setup though.

How do you like that 880prs? I just picked one up that was used for 1 month for 200 shipped over at DIYMA. Should be here in the next couple days. Supposed to have awesome tuning options which is primarily why i got it.

The really sad thing was I really thought about that.... I had some DX and polyfill layin around. And was going to seal it and stuff it full of poly.

How dare you put me in the same category as that hack. I was under diress and that wiring still bothers me. It came to me in a split second, I needed a radio and that was the nearest one and the power had just killed. I figured yall would get a decent laugh out of it.

Its not bad, not great. Still havent been through every available option yet...
I did try out the Auto EQ though... Did better but the Stock Continental doors still need some work...
