i have a 2008 f150 fx2 and i took the front speaker cover off yesterday and i noticed that there was not a tweeter in the hole! arent all the f150 supposed to come with the tweeters or is that with an upgraded system. i just have the standard one cd changer system. Just wondering???? thanks

 

nope, I think just the trucks with the audiophile system have tweets.

Dont worry, you're not missing out. The audiophile tweeters sound horrible.

 

Lightning Audio 6x9's are on clearance again at Wally world.. for $30. 3 way "temporary" upgrades if you're into that.


I've had mine in two different trucks as hold overs... They're not bad.
