Speaker/Sub Suggestion

Hey guys,
Got an audio question for all you guru's.. I hate my factory stereo and my speakers suck. Here is what I have from my last car and below that is what I want in my truck (08 Reg Cab). I need some advice on brand names, model #'s etc on a decent setup without breaking the bank. I keep my truck outside and don't want to be buying a new setup every other week from theft.

What I have:
Pioneer Premier 8600 Head unit (removable faceplate)
2 Kicker 12" VR Comp subs in custom sealed boxes.
1 Farad Rockford Fosgate cap

What I want:
Replace all my factory speakers with a good brand
Probably a factory sub box that will fit in my truck. I think my days of really loud music are behind me but I do want a decent amount of bass. I don't mind running a small amp but I don't want any visible components for thieves to eyeball.

Suggestions?

There are plenty of good brands out there.. Have you gone around and listened to any speakers anywhere.. You could check out a best buy/ circuit city for a good idea on what you get for your money, personally i like everything JL and Eclipse make pretty much and Alpine amps... Also some other things but they are a little pricey.. If you get an idea on some speakers post them up and i'll tell you what i think and im sure somebody else will also.

I was looking at JL for the speakers and the price is decent so I will get a list of model #'s and post them up. I think I am going to build a custom box for one of my Kicker subs and keep the 2nd one as a spare, just in case. I will have to find a good priced monoblock amp to run the sub and a multi-channel amp to run the speakers in the doors and such.

I plan on installing an optima yellow top battery with 4 guage power and grounds to the amp. I won't be pushing huge amounts of power so I see no need for 0/1. I still have my 4 guage kit I took out of my Jetta and its in excellent shape.

Oh... I also plan on removing the seats, carpet, headliner and door panels and laying down a layer of sound deadner to isolate the noise from the exhaust.

Any other tips?

You can't really go wrong with JL, pricey but if you shop smart then you should be fine. I have not heard good things about the C5 series though, i have heard excellent mid bass, but not so good with highs, especially at high volumes..This is what i have read. Anyone have any first hand exp?
