I take it you mean bandpass! But since a ported box would be huge wouldn't the 6th order box be even bigger and I would inturn lose the backseat?

I dont know if you were planning sealed or ported for the L7s I guess either...
Low can probably give you a better idea of what would be louder.

Give me a G5 over an L7 anytime, anywhere, as far as SQ goes...If you can get the PRs tuned nicely.
Hey dippy, its a square.... LxW = A:

2 12 L7's = 288 sq in of cone area... 12x12= 144 x 2

go a 4th order and it CAN be smaller. Depending on the tuning the 6th can be tiny as hell!

Yeah, but the cone isnt actually 12x12.....besides, I need it converted to centimeters since I know 310, 480, etc.....I dont do conversions.

pandapass is more efficient than ported. the power of the panda adds 20 debezz

the thing with subs is you can have a small enclosure, high efficiency, or low end extension. pick two. id give up the small enclosure in a minute if I was cutting my bed

Neither is a round 10"... They are normally closer to 8.5-9.2".

Yeah but I was looking for an alterative to doing the bed cut! If I can get around the same bass level from it!

The thing is they told me that I can just seal up hole from bed cut with metal from home depot or something and put the drop in bed liner back in and no one will notice from everyday looking!

My thing is I have heard the bed cut with 2 S12L7 and just 1 SX1250.1 and it is nice but I have 2 SX1250.1 and so it will be bigger and badder in a sense!

I am trying to see if I can forego the bed cut and do something with G5/GTRs and get same bass but keep my backseat for passenger purposes!

you CANNOT keep all the seats and run a pandapass box or even ported with 4 12's without cutting into the bed. if you want to go big you need to get XTREM.

START CUTTING
