Question for true Audiophiles

I am looking at a set of Hertz High Energy 6.5 components for my front doors, also considering Cadence CVL-6K components. I have heard the Hertz speakers and they sound great, I can not find a Cadence dealer in AZ to test out the Cadence speakers. Does anyone have experience with Cadence or own Cadence comps? Can you go active with the Cadence? Any input would be appreciated. BTW for the time being I would be amping these with a Alpine 50x4 or bridged at 100x2. Would you bridge or run all 4 channels?

I cant really speak for the Cadence comps as i have not heard them either, but my buddy has those Hertz comps and boy do they sound incredible. I'd definitely jump on those if you can afford them. I would feed them at least 100 RMS per side though, bridged. Only run active if you really know what you are doing.

Hertz Comps

Thanks for the input. Hopefully someone on here has heard the Cadence comps before. I can get them for quite a bit less then the High energys.

Cadence

Ive never heard thier components, but I've owned 2 candence subs and an amp. Ive always been impressed by the sound quality and reliability. Really deep bass, high power handling, insane excursion, and the 12 is still working even though its been abused for 8 years. I had a friend who was sponsored by cadence and he got me hooked. I won't buy anything else at least when it comes to subs. If the price is right, then you wont be dissapointed.

Im no audio expert but i have the lower level Hertz Energy components and they sound AMAZING ! Also my speakers are not amplified yet ... if that means anything. I also have Hertz energy coaxials in the back and am very impressed with them as well.

crazyrunner...I was looking at the energy line also. I may have to go that route, by the time you get a amp and everything else it is pretty expensive. Thanks for the info.
