mixing comps??

just curious how bad this will sound having a pair of cdt cl-62cf comps in the kicks on 150rms per side and a set of polk momo comps with the mids in the door in stock location on 150rms per side

the tweet on the cdts will be in the kicks and the momo tweet i am undecided if i am going to install and use the tweet with the cdt tweet or if they wont sound that good being mixed like that, if i do install the momo tweet where would the best place be the a pillar

but will that sound bad or no

Do you just want a very loud setup or are you trying to get a nice sq setup? If you are going for sound quality, there is a general rule I have stuck with. The less speakers the greater the sound. Keep that in mind when making your choice.

I hope I was of some help,

Wait a minute. I remember you now... I should have thought about Marc's post more before replying. I took the bait hook line and sinker...

If you want someone to answer your question, pm Styx or Low E, Im sure they would love to hear from you. LOL!

you obviously like big loud bass
put in both sets of speakers to keep up,
its probably not going to sound like an sq comp car, but who the hell cares. if you like it, keep it like that
if you think it sounds crappy, then switch it up

If you just want some upper end to match your low end, then just throw them in.....

Hey man, its outta love...

Besides, I remember you and Styx making friends with this little guy a while back. Remember, when he picked your brain for expert advice and then slapped you in the face by doubting it and quoting every other newb audio site on the net as better info.

Later bro,
