Kicker Comp Subs

I just wanted to know if the Kicker Comp subs are good because I just bought 2 12's and wanted to make sure they werent crap before I hook them up. Thanks.

they arent going to knock pictures off the walls but for the power they are rated at they can thump

Yea i wasnt plannin on gettin speakers to blow any windows out I just wanted to get something to make the base better in my truck so i guess these are perfect.

yeah, they're good for the price. I'd say more of a hard hitting sub than SQ sub, but anything is an improvement over stock. Keep in mind, your box will have a significant part in how they sound too. 12" CompVRs need more air space than a lot of other 12" subs. If you can get a decent box that compliments those subs nicely, and tune it just right, it will sound loads better than if you just put them in a box and go. Good luck with the set up
