mb quart they were 140 forget the model
i thought infinity was nice but notices some trashing of thoose.
i was looking at the 5020 ref. any help would be appreciated. i was thinking the bostons or the type rs

Sorry I couldn't help . I guess I am old school , a time before the (what should I buy Mentallity) . I would never buy a set of speakers , Home or car , before hearing them first . After all, your ears are the one's that are going to be listening to them .

i wouldnt get any MB or Bostons, all there new models are made in China now... there stuff isnt as high quality as before... But it really depends what you listen to and how you like to hear it.... Also what is your Price Range? Also even if you get speakers you wont be able to tell a differnce until they are on a amp.

thanks weazel

i know what you mean by hearing speakers first. but i was looking for stuff like weazel. my buddy use to have some nice bostons but if china makes them now they would be different. i like all music dave matthews to eminem to pearl jam u2. i would say i like to hear the highs in my music. most places i wouldnt hear the more obscure speakers. just the kenwoods alpines pioneer type speakers. my local shop recommended excelon speakers. i was thinking of spending at about 150. dont want to start cutting into the door or anything.
