Opinion on set of speakers

I got a little extra money this month and lately I've noticed my speakers "crackling" a little bit. I searched through the site a little bit and read up, but still wanted your opinions on this set of speakers. I'd like to get two sets of these, front rear.

I don't know about the pioneer spreakers but I just replaced my front speakers with some polk db571's and it sounds much better than the stock speakers. I just have them running off the stock headunit for now but I can tell a little bit of a differnece in the clairity of them. You can get the Polks on ebay for only $15.00 more a set than the pioneers that you are looking at.

I haven't heard the A-series pioneers, but i installed four D-series pioneers (one up from the A's) about a year ago and love them. They sound great and if i turn up the bass enough, people think i have subs installed.

They should sound better than stock but don't expect to much without an amp or aftermarket HU.

The polks sound fantastic and they're priced very well. Ive got a set of the 6x8 momo series component speakers, but youd need an external amp to push those. the db series sound excellent as well and can be powered by the headunit.
