nice, my friend has the same sub and amp in a 4.5 cu ft. ported box, what size is your box?

 

Nice!! What kind of HU is that? Most I have looked at doesn't fit. Did you have to mod anything and if so how did you do it?

looks good. i couldnt do that, cuz i still used my back seat for what it was made for. HU looks good! is it supposed to stick out that much??

 

It doesnt't fit originally. I don't think these model f-150s have the full double din. I had to take out the dremel & do a lotta cuttin back inside the dash. Took a lil time, also, i had to cut the trim pieces on each side of the radio. Other than that, its fine. O yea, its a Japanese "Eonon 675" jus a lil cheap one til I can get an AVIC or sumthin

 

Haha, that would be a big box for a SX, but the whole thing isnt the box. The sub itself is in its own "compartment" inside the box. The rest of it is just so that the complete back area will be taken up. The speakerbox itself stops about a 2" after the port

 

thanks. yea, i used to have the back seat jus folded up wit a "smaller" box i would jus take out. But i'm only 18, no fam or nuthin so i didnt really need the back seat. yea, it doesnt really "stick out" tho. the part that isn't flush is the screen part. the screen fold out & down, & if that part were to be any deeper the screen wouldnt shut or open. i'll get a side pic tomorrow.

 

4 cubic feet. tuned to 35 Hz, tryna get it down to 34 cuz i think it'll give me a better sound. that sound that'll jus kill ur ears lol.

 

Box is nice... But you really need to put some work into those wires...

P.S. Do you have a gf? If so, how much does she weigh?

haha, yea i know. i jus took that pic after i put it all in & sound tested it. yea i got a gf, she's asian, slim, prolly bout 110-120. y? wonderin how she fits haha? she fits comfortably [if not, then y?]

 

Leave at 35... Just play sine sweeps and loud around 35Hz... She will love it, then love you.

 

It looks like it hits hard...but my question is, aren't you afraid of advertising what you have like that? I mean any thief walking through a parking lot is going to see all than and potentially make you his next victim. In this day and age, I figured everyone was going to concealment rather than pointing out what you have to the non trusted folk.

 

well my idea of advertising what u have is when ppl stick audio stickers in their windows & stuff like that. if u mean y did i post it on here, its cuz i'm not to worried bout anybody on here stealin sumthin where I live. i seriously doubt if there is anyone here who lives where i do [the middle of nowhere in AL]. if ur talkin bout my windows or sumthin. 5% tint next week. plus i got one of those alarms wit the LCD 2-way pager remote that'll tell me when my alarm is goin off. so i aint too worried bout it. (i'm not tryin to be a **** or anything, jus replyin)

btw, i like ur f-250. i really wanted to get one, but once diesel went up to $4/gallon, that changed my mind. i still want one tho
