2 3/8" Thick Amp Behind Rear Seat Fits?
Will an amp that is 2 3/8" thick fit in the area behind the rear seat's back rest?

It will in a 2002 Screw. Stick a tape back there and measure.

It should. If you measure the depth of the middle seat belt mechanism it is 3.5" deep.
