I ordered a box from theys guys and it will be here on Monday. Click here the box is for only one 10" sub. you can probably find a box for behind the seats.

I just got a box for my '05 supercrew off ebay. Some guy on there makes custom boxes for a whole range of trucks. Pretty damn good quality and only
$125 shipped.

I got the same box as boomerkj but I had it cut for the two tens. I debated on 10's or 12's and ended up going with 10's due to airspace requirements. I haven't installed the box either but I will post pictures when I get it installed.

I got 2 Rockford P1 punch 12's the airspace scared me alittle but Rockford recommends .6 to 1.2 per 12 the box has a total of 1.21 so I think it will sound good. The only thing I am having trouble with is how to ground the amp, and where to mount it because of the box being under the seat.

I had the moose box in my 05 super cab and I have to say I was not pleased at all with the performance. I was using a JL 10W1v2 and the sub constantly bottomed out on the floor under heavy bass. I sold the box and now have a probox, I havet hooked it up yet, but it seems to have a MUCH better fit and finish.

You mean the sub was actually hitting the floor?? I have a 10W1 in a probox and it sounds good I just want more subs and more power. The W1 doesn't have that much excursion. I will measure the differences between the two boxes and report back. Other than the fact that the probox is covered with bedliner stuff I don't see much difference in quality. Also did you seal the terminals on the back of the box?? If you don't the box would sound like a crappy built ported box.

I have two Alpine amps mounted to the back wall of the truck under the plastic behind the rear seats. When I get my new amp I will probably fill in the holes with jbweld or something, and make a wood mount for the amps and future crossovers. As for grounding the amp I pulled the plastic back behind the rear seat and there were some bolts on the back wall that I sanded around and put the ground there. Works great so far and no noise.

I had the same problem. I had to lift up the musicmoose box a bit, plus my subwoofer has a grille to keep it from hitting the floor. Otherwise, my sub would be slapping the floor even at half of its full excursion. The box is well built and very sturdy, but it does not provide nearly enough breathing room for the sub.

When i get my ED 10s i will be using a custom box, not prefab.

Thanks that is a good Idea that ground should work fine. I have a piece of 5/8" mdf that I am gonna screw to the back wall then mount the Amp on that.

My box is on the floor but it looks like my subs should have enough room to move. Maybe the 04 and up boxes are a little bit different? I don't know if not I will put wedges under the box to pick it up abit. Now I just gotta wait for the weather to be decent.

I took a pic of the probox and music moose box side by side. BTW, the probox and jl sub are for sale if anyones interested. Also have an Alpine MRP-M450 to power it. All between 2-3 months old. Contact me if interested.

See my gallery for pics.

We had them in then took them back out because we had seat mounting problems,The 1 inch spacerblocks and the holes did not match up. I talked with Brent from Musicmoose and he gave me some other options. I have not got them back in yet. Hopefully this weekend
