Polk MM6500 question PLEASE HELP!!

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I have spent a great deal of time searching the threads looking for my answer, but I cannot seem to find it.

I purchased Polk MM6500's to go in the front doors of my 2004 FX4 and 650's to go in the rear doors. They are 6.5" speakers and I am having mounting issues. First off... everyone has been talking about using 1/2" MDF to make an adapter, and I am prepared to make one, but on what side of the door panel would it go. I am guessing it would fit on the outside of it, but i could be wrong. Does anyone have any pictures of the MDF adapter installed with a 6.5" speaker in it? It would be so helpful.

Secondly, I don't understand how you guys were able to fit the MM650's crossover under the armrest switch panel. It don't think in a million years I could fit it. If it can't go there, where do you all recommend i put it? How hard is it to feed a wire through the electrical tube running from the car body to the door, because it seems very tight to me.

I hope all of this made sense. I'm sorry if some of this information overlapped some on other threads, but if i had answers to these questions my speakers would be in a second. Thanks for your help!

okay, i got the speakers in. Now im feeling like they need an amp. Any advice on a 4 channel amp to power four polk audio ( two mm6500 and two mm650) speakers? I still have a factory sub that i do not want to change. how hard is it to keep the factory sub and put a new amp to the speakers?

Oh also, i dont want to spend a whole lot of money. I'm thinking the max i want to spend on an amp is $200
