Hertz Audio

Anyone ever heard of them or run any of their stuff?

My buddy is running a set of Hertz components in his lifted chevy with the tweets mounted to the A-pilar, with 2 12" IDQs under the back seat, whole truck deadened, and i must say his system sounds incredible. The components really impressed me.

I just dont know much about Hertz, wondering if any of you guys do.

There is a local authorized Hertz dealer near my house in the Bay Area, I think I'm gonna go check them out next time I am home.

What should i expect to pay for a decent set of Hertz components? (not their lowest line but not their highest/most expensive line either)

um, i dont like to use Hertz in customers trucks,
we stick with Memphis Audio and Pioneer.
Memphis has the best thump if you want it and the best sound quality.
we use Nitro Amps and Alpine Receivers.

Nitro and Hertz should not be used in the same sentence. Hertz is a division of the same company that makes Audison amps. Top notch high level equipment. I would not even hesitate to use Hertz speakers and I have used Audison amps. Sorry but they are way above Nitro and a good notch above Memphis. Although Memphis makes great bang for the buck equipment. They are not on par with Elettromedia products.
