Yes, it has been padded so it can double as a seat if needed......um...never!
the padding is how you get the contours on top.

THAT IS AWEEEESSSSOOOOMMMMMEEEEE!!!!!!! I wish I had the patience to complete such a detailed process as you have. I normally start a project with these awesome ideas and then once I get started I just want to get it finished and take shortcuts.

I love the stealth look. These trucks with 5 speakers taking up the rear seats are stupid.

How did you mount it to your truck. Comparing some of the pictures, it looks like the box covers the orginal holes.

I made a wood cleat that the OEM bolts went thru and the set the box over the cleats and screwed the box to them.

the whole truck vibrates.... very little from the arm rest tho.
