Wire the Remote wire (after the alto) to the Green wire. Then connect the blue to the amps. Set your delay in seconds. And voila. No more pops.

Its the best price I could find as most builders are wanting at or more than $369.99 for a 200 amp with a lesser warranty.... and on the plus side, this is 100% new build with a lifetime warranty and they use the same size as stock pulley in the alternator, meaning no more extra RPM's to get the power from the alternator and no new shorter belt to buy...
BTW, anybody wanting a alternator for these trucks as it a PCM controlled alternator and you can't just put any old HO on these trucks....

Anyway, these alternators may not be compatible with the PCM in our trucks, its working fine, but I'm getting a battery light on the dash... its on for a few minutes and off for a few minites... I'm be calling Sam to advise him on this problem, I'll get back on the outcome...

As to my noise problem, its most definitely in the HU....
I started by taking the added ground wire from the HU case that was going to the chassis off, whine got louder with out it... but I left it off for further testing and also tells me the factory harness ground is weak..
I took all add ons out of the picture.. Ipod controller and sat receiver from HU... unhooked the HU ground from factory hairiness, ran a temp ground the the Neg battery post, whine is still their..
I unhooked RCA's from HU and ran my Ipod to the RCA's from under the dash, no whine...
So the only thing left is constant power wire and acc power wire both are used from factory hairiness, noise has got to be in one of them..
Tomorrow I'm going the set a work table up beside the truck and power the HU from my bench top power supply (50amp 12V to 15V) I use for testing equipment just to make sure its not a problem but the HU its self...
If its in the constant power wire, that easy to fix, but acc power wire, where would you recommend I tap that from inside the fuse panel, what circuit??

dunno but is sounds like the same rca ground whine issue thingmy bro had, I recommendstaying with alpine or kenwood from now on, I could never get the whine gone, nither could my tint guy.. who's actually a pretty good installer, I wont work on my dads or bros cars anymore after wasting my time just to watch the crap get stolen cause someone forgot to lock their hunk of junk. so they have to take the work to him)

Well, I even hesitant to even say what the problem was, I rookie installer should have found it in less than a hour.... Took me 2 1/2 days... You guys are going to run me out of here for this one......

I already LOOKED at the RCA's front and back, but NEVER put my hands on them in the back at the amps... So I'm going to check to see if barrels on the RCA's my be touching, first one I put MY HAND ON, whine was gone...
These fat @ss barrels on the Konceptz was touching the amp case on one of my XA4000....
I'm still kicking myself in the @ss, I know better..
Now, all is quite, but some hiss as my gains are a little high, got so involved in the noise hunt, I've yet to set up the Alto preamp levels...
