Need some advice on a subwoofer.

small sealed enclosure (.75)cu.ft
200-300 watts rms
mounting depth < 5 3/4"

What would you suggest?

Well you have a lot of choices to choose from depending on whether you are looking for sq or spl, amount of money you want to spend etc.

You may want to look into the Image Dynamics IDQ v.2. While I don't own one personally, they do receive good reviews and the will fit your space and rms requirements. The IDQ is considered a sq subwoofer.

Hope this helps some. You could also look into JL, Stereo Integrity, Rainbows ... there's a lot out there.

Looking for SQ. Money is not the issue, however I don't want the most expensive unless it is obviously better than every thing else (just because it cost more does not always mean it is better).

IDQ V2 or V3. Some of the best SQ subs and good price. If you can fit 5.75 mounting depth, you could even get a 12" IDQ v2 sub.

Just google image dynamics and look for the best price. idqv2 is the model of the sub.

Good luck and be sure to post pics as well as your review of the setup when completed.
