Time to make a decision.

Sony Xplods 1300W $100 in box
Rockford Fosgate P1s $100 in box
Rockford Fosgate HX2s $75 in box

all are 12", and come with two already mounted in a sealed box. all seem to be in very good condition and sound pretty good. The p1's seem to be in the best condition appearance wise, and the hx2's the worst with some surface scratches on the sub and box. I know some, but i'm not sure which is the best deal. I'd much rather get new stuff, but it's all the money i have right now since the salary for a highschool student doesn't seem to be too high these days. I can get an amp to run each, i'm just not sure which ones to get. any input?

Thanks

Cody

Personally I would probably go with the HX2s....if the cosmetics arent up to par for you though, then the P1s...

HX2 HX2 HX2. Catch my drift.

The HX2s are awesome. A friend of mine had 3 10 HX2s in a sealed box and they were on 2 RF1000.1bds. I couldnt breathe, it was so beautiful (Thats part of what jumpstarted my car audio life)

I would say the HX2's or the P1's.

If the cosmetics on the HX2's is damaging to the performance then get the p1's. If not, Hx2's all the way...

thanks for all the help. i checked the HX2's again, and theres a chunck missing out of the foam on the outer ring. not sure if that'll hinder sq or anything though.
but, i just got more money today for christmas and a few other things so, i might be able to buy some new stuff instead of used. wooooo!

Yeah, if you can swing it, get new speakers. I would always recommend new subs if possible.

On those HX2's, if the foam surround has a chunk out of it, YOU DONT WANT TO GET THEM, unless you feel like paying someone for a re-foam.

I hope this helps some,
