Thick, Medium, or Thin sub box carpet

Looking to get some sub box carpet. Should I get thick, medium, or thin black carpet. I wish they would give you better pics on the websites. What kind of carpet is on the floors of the truck?

The thicker the easier it is to blend seams and mistakes. But it can get to be harder to work with because it cant be pulled and contorted as much.

My box has a bedliner on it. I have black leather, so the black bedliner looks great.
