What would be better 10s or 12s in an 05? I was told that 10s sound better bc of the airspace....and i really dont want to get a seat lift....but i will if its worth it

 

adding a seat lift will open your options more to what subs u can fit under there. There are few 12's that u can get to fit under w/o a seat lift but ur selection opens up alot more with a seat lift.

 

There are some 12's out there that WILL work with that little amount of airpsace...but when you start getting into a quality 12 and DONT want a seat lift, its the mounting depth that will get you....thats where the 10s come in since its easier to find a 10 with a small mounting depth than a 12.

i have a 12" sub in my 05' how the heck you gonna get that under the seat?...pictures would help, would really like to do this....

 

Do you have the 12 on top of your seat? i havent decided with either 10 w1's or w3's cus i dont wanna go to loud
