this kenwood amp any good?

http://cgi.ebay.com/KENWOOD-KAC-9103...QQcmdZViewItem

i dont know jack about subs and amps but i am going to run 2 10" kicker cvt subs. http://cgi.ebay.com/KICKER-CVT10-10-...QQcmdZViewItem here is info on the subs.

im interested in this amp because we carry it at work and i get stereo equipment at 50% off at work. thats the main reason i want this amp. anyways, the rms on the sub is 400 and the amp has a 500w rms.........will this work? any advise? i dont need it to bump and rattle my windows or anything like that, i mostly listen to rock music.

if this is too much power for the two subs, whats the lowest i can go. we have another amp thats 1000w but i didnt write down any info on it....i think its a no name brand so im really dont want to get it.

Kenwood KAC-9103d is an okay amp on a budget. I wouldnt argue with it for what you are doing.

what do you mean? what should i look for when picking an amp? id like to stay at about $200 or below. i know thats probably super cheap compared to what most of you run but right now i have just some POS 500w amp running my one 10" kicker so im sure with 2 of them i wont need to crank the bass way up. the sub i have now is 4ohm so i assume i need to get another that is 4ohm.........

tell your buddy that he's and idiot and don't listen to him

that amp is rated to do 900w at 2 Ohms two 4 Ohm subs wired in parallel is 2 ohm. seems like a good match to me if each sub can take 450w
