basic system

I just put in a 7" touchscreen dvd player. And now i want to add some subs and a amp. I want t0 do two 10's and a amp. I want a lot of bass but not looking to win any competitions. College kid budget. Can anyone suggest some subs and an amp i should get. FYI i am ordering a dual sub box from super crew sound. Also, how many channel amp should i get.

there are plenty of options out there for you to choose from...the guys over at supercrewsound where you got your box from could recommend some options that would fit into the box you picked out. i would look into a seat lift for the back seat so that you could fit a deeper pair of subs under there

i was looking at the package deal at supercrew sound. Enclosure for under seat.with 2 8's and a amp for $440. Is that good. Or should I just buy the box and buy seperate subs and amps. Will 2 8's put out any bass or should i just go with 10's. Thanks.--

what type of subs were in the package and what amp were they paired with? i know plenty of people who use 8's and are perfectly happy with them, they will definitely put out enough bass for you to notice. was that package with the box included, or was the box price seperate from the 440

that is going to be the simplest way of doing that. its a strong package and is better priced than the amplified stealth packages that JL sells although the stealthbox would have more output if one is available for your particular truck. The price isnt bad, even if you bought everything seperately i dont know that you would come out much better unless you bought everything used or bought extremely low end (flea market/pawn shop variety) equipment.

is that the same amp and subs offered at both supercrewsound and at sonicelectronix? make sure the model numbers of both the amp and subs are the same b/c the ones offered in the package at supercrewsound are the ones recommended by MTX to work best in that enclosure
